How would you define yourself? (both as a person and as an employee)

I am someone who values kindness, integrity, and rational thinking. I approach every interaction with a friendly smile and a belief that most problems can be solved through fair and logical discussion. I believe that effective communication is the most important key to success. My work ethic is defined by total commitment; when I have a goal, I exhaust every resource and effort to achieve it. I pride myself on being a positive influence in the workplace while remaining focused on the practical logic needed to get the job done right.

Where do you live and what do you feel about it?

I am based in Droylsden, Manchester. It’s a lovely area with a good neighbourhood. The location is perfect and with walking distance to bus & tram stations.

How you started out in estate agency and your career journey

My career began in airline passenger services, where I developed the high-level customer care and organisational skills that now drive my approach to property management.

I worked in GHE Hong Kong first before I came to the UK. My job mainly was helping clients to search UK properties for rental or purchase. My job duties have been changed to property management, now based in the UK after living in Manchester for some time.

Since launching GHE Manchester nearly four years ago, we have delivered a stable growth in our portfolio, growing the business from 10+ to 50+ managed properties. We also get a lot of appreciation from both our landlords and tenants.

A challenge I’ve overcome

Building trust-based relationships with clients was important but challenging. I used clear communication and focused on our unique service standards to demonstrate why we were the right estate agency for their valued property.

I have successfully retained a key client who was prepared to move to a competitor after a three-month vacancy. Through proactive negotiation and a revised strategy, I secured a tenancy with a very good tenant. The Landlord was also happy with our services. I was lucky as I had a power team to support me.

What do you do outside of work?

My passion for exploring the world started when I worked for an airline early in my career, and I still love traveling today. I enjoy exploring the world with my family / friends and experiencing different ways of life.

I love admiring the flowers, especially in spring, as it’s a beautiful season. In the UK, after a harsh winter, the blossoms bloom so brilliantly; the arrival of the season fills me with a sense of hope. It is a true delight when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Though their beauty is fleeting, it is deeply poetic. Watching the petals bloom and fall makes me realize how quickly time flies, yet being surrounded by that surge of pink makes me feel warm and empowered.

What do you feel sums you up as a senior property consultant?

All in all, my career is built on the foundation of premium service. Starting in the airline industry, I learned to handle high-pressure situations with sincerity and care. I bring that same ‘people-first’ mindset to property management, ensuring every landlord and tenant feels truly supported.
