Our Men in hong kong
Ed Hulme Director (Asia)
With over 20 years of experience in the London and Hong Kong residential property markets, supporting landlords, investors and families to make their buying, letting and selling decisions, Edmund is our man on the ground in Hong Kong.
His intricate knowledge of past and present market conditions, combined with his passion for market intelligence, means he’s an incredibly useful individual to know if you’re looking to make any new purchases or deciding what do with your London property portfolio
A love of cricket and a talent for the game meant that soon after his arrival in Hong Kong in 2014 he was asked to join the Kowloon Cricket Club and can still be found there on weekends when he’s not in the office. Edmund is also very happy to see clients at KCC, as it is a great spot to meet.
OWEN LI Consultant / Partner
Edmund is supported by Owen, whose own property experience expands Hong Kong investors’ choices to property markets outside of London, specifically in the UK’s third largest city, Manchester, one of northern England’s powerhouses of education, the arts and business.
Having lived in Hong Kong for most of his life, Owen understands the intricate needs and motivations of a Hong Kong investor in the UK property market and can progress conversations rapidly to get to the point of presenting options and specific financial benefits.
A love of all things Manchester does have one other advantage – it has allowed Owen to follow the successes, and discuss them at length with anyone with similar passions, of his favourite football team… but can you guess which one?
