THE EARLY YEARS

GHE was founded by Andy and Ogo, both born and raised in London. They met when working as managers in the same South London branch of one of the UK’s leading property consultancies. Successful, yes, but there was something nagging at them both: the corporate nature of the company.

Similar to many estate agencies, the rigid rules far too often cost their landlords and vendors dearly. This did not sit well with neither Andy or Ogo, and so they set their minds to creating a business committed to total customer care.

With little more than their laptops, a space they cleared on Ogo’s dining table, and the determination to do it all so much better, they launched Global House Estates – an estate agency committed to dealing with vendors, landlords and investors as ‘people’ and not just as numbers.

Behind the energy and professionalism in our offices, you’ll find a family. Since GHE was founded, Anthony and Ed have joined the team as directors along with a group of talented agents and personnel who love what they do. We have expanded into Hong Kong and Manchester and taken the family global. Karen and Ivan work in Manchester and Owen and Julie head up our Hong Kong office. We have all the contacts that you may need!

Together, we offer local agency style personal attention with big agency reputation and international reach. We have created an environment where collaboration thrives, ensuring that every client feels supported and understood throughout their journey. Rania and Gabriela make up our strong sales team, and Cristiana, Alex, Daniela and Brandon are our lettings team.
