Hi everyone, my name is Mo and I am an Inventory Clerk at GHE. I am a hard working individual and I take pride in my work. When I set a target for myself, I always aim to strive higher.

I have lived around central London for 26 years and it is a lovely area to be in. There are a variety of places you can visit such as museums and theaters, and many different activities you can do during your spare time. My favourite would simply be taking walks around the city.

Before starting at GHE, I was already working as an inventory clerk with another estate agency. I enjoyed it, but thought it would be fun to gain some more experience in different environments, so I then moved to working for a family member which helped me boost my knowledge. In between these jobs I worked as a van driver all around London, so I know the city very well.

While being an inventory clerk is definitely less stressful than navigating London traffic all day, it’s not without its own set of challenges. Take this situation as an example:

A landlord reported that items were either missing or damaged during a check-out inspection, but insisted they had been in perfect condition at check-in. The tenant, of course, didn’t see it that way and contested the claim.

That’s when I knew it was time for me to step in, and I dove deep into the check-in and check-out reports.

I looked over every photo, cross-referenced every detail, and created a meticulous breakdown of any discrepancies. I’m the kind of person who won’t rest until every last detail is accounted for, even if it means flipping through hundreds of photos.

After finding out what had caused this chaos, I organized a calm, neutral meeting between the landlord and the tenant. I made sure both parties had the space to air their grievances and share their perspectives. With my results laid out, we reached a resolution that felt fair to both sides. The landlord and tenant both walked away satisfied, and the whole process ended up reinforcing just how crucial my role is in maintaining trust and clarity between everyone involved.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about checking boxes—it’s about keeping the peace and ensuring everyone feels heard, and that’s why I love it.

When I’m not creating reports and organising inventory, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially on weekends as we often explore new places together. I love travelling and exploring different cities and countries.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about organisation and detail-oriented tasks, which aligns with my role. A perfect career match some might say.

I am meticulous, dependable, and approachable. I take pride in providing accurate and unbiased inventory reports while fostering clear communication with all parties. My goal is to make the inventory process seamless and stress-free for everyone that it involves. If you ever need an inventory clerk, I’m your guy.
